Definitions

In this document, "streamer" or "the streamer" refers to any party who is broadcasting to twitch.tv/devini15 (henceforth referred to as "the channel"). Sending a message that appears on stream or being in a voice call that is audible on stream does not qualify as "broadcasting". The term "Holder" refers to any party with VIP Tokens (VT) in their possession.


Terms

  1. VT are tracked by the streamer, but holder is also expected to track their own balance. Streamer is not obligated to check balance if requested, but may do so at their discretion.
  2. All VT are forefeit should holder fail to compliment streamer on their physical appearance or mental fortitude at least once per fiscal quarter.
  3. VT may not be redeemed on any day of the week that begins with the same letter as a different day of the week. Attempting to do so will result in the loss of all VT holder attempted to redeem.
  4. All VT are forfeited if the streamer is wearing a hat and holder fails to say "nice hat" in chat despite sending at least one (1) other message for the duration of the stream.
  5. If at any point, holder holds a prime number of tokens AND is subscribed to the channel via Prime Gaming, they may roshambo the streamer for an additional token once per stream.
  6. If at any point, holder holds a composite number of tokens AND is a paid subscriber, they may roshambo any other holder1 to steal a number of tokens equivalent to the challenger's current subscription tier once per stream.2
  7. If a holder goes all-in on a straight bet in roulette, they may spin the wheel up to 5 times provided the present the streamer with a slow cooker recipe that is both new (to streamer) and delicious.3
  8. Any holder should be prepared to repeat the following sequence at any time on request: 1215027. Failure to do so within 15 seconds (including any stream delay) will result in a penalty of 5 VT per failure.
  9. Holder must acknowledge in writing that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions or they immediately forfeit any VT gained.
  10. A VIP may use VT to grant VIP to or revoke VIP from any other account.
  11. Attempting to obtain or redeem VT before DeathMinnow has said "Good Evening" in chat during the current stream is forbidden.4 The attempted redemption will not be fulfilled or refunded.
  12. 1 Holder per stream may claim 2 VT should "Redvin" appear. DuckBoyCool (Duck) will be the decider on if Devin was red enough to claim these tokens. Should Duck decide that Redvin did NOT appear, the claimant will instead incur a 1 VT penalty.
  13. Karina may nullify any and all VT of any holder(s) at any time by appearing on camera and verbally revoking them, or by editing the document where they are tracked directly.
  14. If the day of the month is a multiple of 4, betting on red in roulette will permanently disqualify holder from owning or using VT in any capacity.5
  15. Holders with over 100 VT will be reset to 100 VT upon dropping their watch streak.
  16. The roulette may only be spun after redeeming "Roll 1d4 for VIP*" and holder may continue rolling until cut off by streamer.

1Should no other holders exist, holder may challenge streamer directly. Challenged holder has 24 hours to choose a throw, after which challenger wins by default if no throw is submitted.
2Should the challenger lose, they will forfeit a number of VT equivalent to the subscription tier of the target to the target.
3Streamer will need up to 10 business days to attempt recipe. Holder stands to lose all VT if it's shit. Streamer reserves the right to refuse to try it.
4This term is negotiable if it is determined that DeathMinnow is intentionally altering his behavior because of this document.
5Persons disqualified from holding VT may attempt to regain qualification once per stream by naming a number on the roulette table within ten (10) minutes of the 1 hour mark on the stream. If the immidiate subsequent roulette spin lands on the named number, disqualified party is requalified.
